I recommend that sellers talk to at least 2 if not 3 realtors before making their choice. I even tell this to people who say that I am the only one they're talking to. They look at me like I'm crazy, but if it's good advice when I am among the 3, then why wouldn't it be good advice when I am the only one in the running?
